Our family truly believes in sun protection. Not only sunscreen for your skin, but protection for our eyes from the sun. Okay, this is partly because Nick is an optometrist, but it's important nonetheless.

UV damage is cumulative and extended exposure can lead to cataracts and other eye conditions later in life. In fact, most of the sun's damage to your eyes occurs in the first 18 years of life. And this is usually the ages where sunglasses are not worn. Therefore, it is extremely important to have your babies and children wear sunglasses.
